As a professional musician who adores all things wedding and events, I always say that I want your music to be the easiest, most relaxed and fun thing that you get to plan for your day. I truly believe music is one of the most cherished memories you can have from a wedding or event, from hearing those first few bars walking up the aisle, funny memories of you and your friends partying on the dancefloor, or sipping cocktails dressed in your finery at the Christmas party. The below sections are split into wedding information, and events information- how we work, and any extra bits you should know.

When you enquire with us, your email will ping across to me. I absolutely adore all things wedding chat, so will do anything I can to help. From the moment you enquiry and book, I will keep in touch with you, answering any queries you may have, right the way through until your wedding date.

Our minimum booking is for 2 hours, although a lot of people require more time than this, depending on which part of your day you would like us for. The two hour package begins from the time we start playing, until the time we finish, and usually covers playing before the ceremony whilst guests are arriving, the ceremony itself, and part of your drinks reception. Music wise, this would typically be around 15 songs pre-ceremony, one song for entrance music, 2/3 songs for signing of the register, then one song for your exit music (or you might want a song instead of/ as well as a reading, whatever you want, we got you!), then maybe 20-25 songs for drinks reception. A drinks reception for two hours would typically have around 35 songs.
We’ve been booked for as long as 5 hours: our string trio welcoming guests before the ceremony, serenading the entrance, and then our drummer and singer join to liven things up at the drinks reception. All of our musicians and groups are completely flexible to your needs, and I love when couples get creative with what they want. Please don’t hesitate to ask for anything, our groups come in all shapes and sizes I will work with you so you have your ideal group!

All our packages include:
-Conservatoire-trained professional musicianst, with copious performance experience from orchestral, weddings, musicals, to TV performances, playing on acoustic antique instruments.
- Musicians reading music using iPads and iPad stands
- Full discretion of song choices
- Guidance on how many songs to pick from our set list, depending on which part(s) of your day we are providing music for (drinks reception and wedding breakfast would typically have 30 songs)
- Set up time, arriving at least 45 minutes before the agreed performance start time, and pack away time after we finish
- Support and guidance from enquiry to wedding date from me
-All musicians have Public Liability Insurance
Additional hours can be added to your booking, with the addition of different instrumentalists throughout the day.
We do not charge travel to venues within London, however please note if your venue is outside London, travel expenses will incur.

With over 300 songs to choose from our extensive set list, I will send you our updated setlist checklist 6 weeks before your wedding date for you to hand pick the songs you would like, along with guidance on how many songs to pick for each part of your day depending on the length of time you have booked us.
If you and your partner have a song that's close to your hearts you'd like to walk down the aisle to, or a favourite tune to have a first dance to that is not on our setlist, let me know and we can have it arranged for you. Whether it's Star Wars, Kanye West or Metallica we'll make sure your tastes are satisfied, and please don't be afraid to ask- the more 'out there' a request, the better! Becky is our drummer and arranger- she loves a challenge and there has not been a song she has not been able to arrange yet! A fee will incur for this service.

Want some inspiration for your song choices? Or maybe you know exactly what you want for your ceremony, but you just know for drinks reception you want 'upbeat bangers' or 'romantic love songs' and want us to choose them? We got you covered!
While you have option of choosing your own choices, we know how difficult it can be to choose your songs, and maybe you want to leave that to us. After lots of debates and conversations with the girls, we have put together some set lists that you can either get inspiration from, or just choose to have a specific set list played at your wedding. Alternatively, just tell me what vibe you are going for and leave the rest to us!

We always love when people we are performing for have song requests, however it can be overwhelming to think of a song they'd like to hear right on the spot. Also people can never quite believe the varied repertoire we play (yes, a string quartet really can play Usher!)
That is why you have the option to add our QR code to your package. We bring 3 adorable A5 frames to your day and pop them around where your guests will be (or you can choose where to put them). In each frame is our QR code where your guests can scan this on their phones, and up pops our most up to date setlist. This way they have in their hands exactly what our repertoire is, so they can choose what song they would like to hear immediately.
This is such a popular add on and is an amazing way to get your guests engaged with the musicians!

We love absolutely nothing more than being part of an event. From Christmas parties, birthdays, to corporate events, I will work with you to curate the perfect playlists to compliment your event and have your guests tapping their feet as they are sipping on their drinks.
All of our groups are suitable for events, and can condense and expand depending on what you are looking for, the style of your party, and how big your event will be.
We have plenty of experience performing at events for a wide variety of companies and people, such as Stylist Magazine and a perfume launch at Somerset House, to name a few. Whatever your event, we will customise our groups so you have the accompaniment you are looking for.

what deposit do you require?
So if you decide to book us, upon signing a contract you would pay £150 non refundable deposit. Then the remainder of the fee is just paid any time but no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date.

Typically in a 2 hour booking, we take one 20 minute break.

are you insured?
Yes! We all have Public Liability Insurance, and can provide a certificate for your venue upon request. When using amplification, all our equipment is fully PAT tested.
i have a relative i would like to sing with you for my event, would that be okay?
Yes! This is such a personal and joyous thing that I'd happily sort with you- we've had family members sing with us in the past and it has been beautiful!
I'd like the drummer and singer to join the strings after the ceremony, is this possible?
Absolutely! We will work together to make sure you get whatever combination you want!
Do you play for proposals?
This is one of my favourite things to play for- of course!
what do you wear when performing?
I believe in dressing like a guest at your wedding/ event, so we always dress smart to fit in. I give you the option as to whether you would like us to wear black or coloured clothing, to fir in to your aesthetic.
